KCPL is a licensed chit company registered under Chit Fund Act 1982 and Karnataka Chit Rules 1983 through the purview of the RBI. KCPL is registered with Registrar of Companies incorporated under the Indian Companies Act 1956.
KCPL is a flagship company of Kodachadri Group of Companies. KCPL was established in the year 2006 in a small room and been conducting Chit business. The Company was registered in the year 2012.
During the year 2015, KCPL became a corporate company under the leadership of Mr.Parashuram.
The head office is at Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru.The branches are at Yeshwanthpur, Ramamurthynagar, J.P. Nagar in Bengaluru and also at Thirthahalli, Shimoga, Davanagere, Sagar, Soraba and Siddapura.
During the year 2015 the focus was on „establishing the business.‟ The next year 2016 the focus was on developing proper „internal process‟ to run the business in a very organised and efficient way. Having developed strong business process the following year 2017, the focus was on expanding the business with many „branches‟. Later during the year 2018, the focus was on „business development‟.
This year (2019) the focus is on developing manpower through new HR policies and Training.
